My name is Thomas Arndt. With more than 30 years of experience, I combine German quality standards with bespoke planning and design – creating kitchens, living room furniture, and bathroom furniture that are perfectly tailored to your individual wishes and requirements.

Tailor-Made Furniture Design

Consultation at Your Home
The first appointment takes place at your home, allowing us to take precise measurements and discuss your ideas and requirements in detail.
For the on-site measurement and travel expenses, we currently charge a fee of €150.00. Should you decide to place an order with us, this amount will, of course, be credited in full towards your purchase.
Installation Service
We coordinate the professional delivery and installation of your quality furniture from Germany, ensuring a smooth process and flawless results from start to finish.
Your Furniture Project Journey
1. Personal On-Site Measurement
We arrange a personal on-site measurement appointment at your home to accurately assess your space and requirements. For the measurement service and travel expenses, we charge a fee of €150.00.
2. 3D Design Concept
Based on the measurements and your individual requirements, we then create a high-quality, photorealistic 3D design concept tailored to your space. This allows you to visualize your future furniture and living environment before production begins.
3. Final Review & Order Confirmation
Once the materials have been selected and all details have been finalized together, we proceed with the order confirmation and signing of the purchase agreement. Any fee previously paid for the on-site measurement will, of course, be fully credited towards your purchase.
4. Deposit Payment & Production Approval
Following order confirmation, a deposit of 70% of the total order value is required. Upon receipt of payment, your bespoke furniture plans and detailed manufacturing drawings are approved and released for production.
5. Production, Final Payment & Installation
The production time is typically between 6 and 8 weeks. Once completed, your furniture will be delivered to our Kuhinje Thomas warehouse and prepared for collection or delivery.
The remaining balance of 30% is due one week before the agreed delivery and installation date. Upon receipt of payment, your furniture is released for delivery and professional installation.
Any agreed delivery and installation charges will only be invoiced after the successful completion of the delivery and installation.
Please note that we always conclude two separate agreements: a purchase agreement for the furniture and a separate agreement for the delivery and installation services.
